Processing Time

Please allow 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be shipped.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free US shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Wrong Address

If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change your address once you provide us with the correct one. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

Missing Orders

If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please allow an extra 3–7 days for delivery. If there’s still no update or it hasn’t arrived, we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or contacting the postal service.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn’t receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/.
