I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG; CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

MISSING ORDERS:

If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please allow an extra 3-7 days for delivery. If there’s still no update or it hasn’t arrived, we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or contacting the postal service.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
