All items in our shop are designed and handprinted by us in our home-studio in Orlando, FL.

Processing Time for Made-to-Order Items: custom items are made just for you, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.

Processing Time for Ready-to-ship Items: Ready-to-ship items will ship within 1-3 business days after your purchase.

However, if you also order a Made-to-order item along with a Ready to ship item, our standard processing time of 5-7 business days will apply to the entire order. Please note that we are unable to split orders in this case. If you wish to receive your RTS item sooner, you will need to place a separate order for it.

Please plan accordingly with your order as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.

  • Flat rate shipping only $7 - 3-7 business days (estimate)
  • Free shipping ($75+ orders) - 3-7 business days (estimate)
  • USPS Ground Advantage - 3-7 business days (estimate)
  • Priority Mail - delivers within 2-3 business days (estimate)
  • Priority Express - 1-2 days.

CANADA:

  • First Class International - 7-21 business days*
  • First Class Priority - 6-10 business days*

  • Free US Domestic shipping on a minimum purchase of $75

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG; CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

MISSING ORDERS:

If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please allow an extra 7 days for delivery. If there’s still no update or it hasn’t arrived, I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or contacting the postal service.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
