Returns & Exchanges
All items are non-refundable:
We are a small handmade shop, each item in our shop is made to order by us. Because of the nature of personalized and custom orders, we can’t accept returns on these items. Please reach out with any questions before you purchase.
We do not accept any cancellations:
Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.
Wrong or defected item received:
We don’t make mistakes often, but if there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost or delayed package:
If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please allow an extra 7 days for delivery. If there’s still no update or it hasn’t arrived, we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or contacting the postal service.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please open a case for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
