All items are non-refundable:
We are a small handmade shop, each item in our shop is made to order by us. Because of the nature of personalized and custom orders, I can’t accept returns on these items. Please reach out with any questions before you purchase.
We do not accept any cancellations:
Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.
Wrong or defected item received:
We don’t make mistakes often, but if there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost or delayed package:
If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please allow an extra 7 days for delivery. If there’s still no update or it hasn’t arrived, I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or contacting the postal service.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please open a case for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
