• If you requested a preview: We'll send your preview by e-mail. Once approved, production begins.
If a requested proof is not approved within 24 hours, we'll proceed with production using the information provided at checkout, so we don't miss your event date. We cannot be responsible for errors that were not corrected before production.

All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.
