All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.

Our production is highly automated. For this reason, all sales are final, and we don’t accept cancellations. If you want the order to be delivered by a certain date earlier than the ETA, please contact us first BEFORE placing the order.
