• If you did NOT request a preview: We'll begin production right away.
Once approved, production begins.
If a requested proof is not approved within 24 hours, we'll proceed with production using the information provided at checkout, so we don't miss your event date. We cannot be responsible for errors that were not corrected before production.

• Shipping time: Usually 2–7 business days with either USPS or UPS
During holidays and peak seasons production times may be longer.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping to Hawaii may take up to 4 weeks and may arrive later than the estimated delivery date shown by Etsy.

DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Within 5-10 Business Days (Monday - Friday)
- Flat rate shipping only $7
- Free US Domestic shipping on a minimum purchase of $100
- Delivery time - 3-7 business days
RETURNS
- All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
- For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
- If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.
CANCELLATIONS
Our production is highly automated. For this reason, all sales are final, and we don’t accept cancellations. If you want the order to be delivered by a certain date earlier than the ETA, please contact us first BEFORE placing the order.Washing Care
