Creating mockups takes a significant amount of time. We provide ONE complimentary mockup preview with each order to help you check the spelling and colors.
If you'd like to preview your custom design before placing an order or request any changes to the original design or layout, please order this listing.
The fee covers the designer's time in creating a personalized mockup based on your vision.
Please note that this listing is not for a downloadable file—it covers the time spent creating or editing the design to ensure it meets your expectations.
For additional adjustments or multiple layout options, an additional purchase of this listing will be required.

RETURNS
- All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
- For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
- If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.
CANCELLATIONS
Our production is highly automated. For this reason, all sales are final, and we don’t accept cancellations. If you want the order to be delivered by a certain date earlier than the ETA, please contact us first BEFORE placing the order.Washing Care
