Custom hats are subject to approval. Please keep an eye out for a design mockup within 48 hours of placing your order. If the design isn’t approved within 72 hours, the order will either be processed as shown or, if there are any concerns about the design, it will be canceled and refunded.

RETURNS
- All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
- For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
- If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.
