HOW TO PLACE A GROUP ORDER:
- Select the sweatshirts’ color, size, and quantity.
- Add your customization and design color in the personalization box.
- Add to Cart.
- For additional sizes, return to the listing and repeat the process.
- Complete your checkout.

PRINT:
We use the DTF (Direct to Film) printing method. In this process, ink is printed directly onto the film by our local printing partners, allowing us to offer you an affordable in-house printing service. Unlike DTG (Direct to Garment) or sublimation, where the garment's original color may show through, DTF printing delivers vibrant, long-lasting colors. While the print will have a texture and won't absorb into the fabric, DTF printing is durable and resistant to cracking and peeling, thanks to the ink being fused with the fabric using a commercial-grade heat press.

RETURNS
- All items are made-to-order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
- For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
- If there is a defect in the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with a photo, and we will be more than happy to work it out.
CANCELLATIONS
Our production is highly automated. For this reason, all sales are final, and we don’t accept cancellations. If you want the order to be delivered by a certain date earlier than the ETA, please contact us first BEFORE placing the order.Washing Care
